Direct deposit
Upon scheduling your appointment, we require a Non-Refundable Deposit of $30 to secure your appointment. Your deposit will ONLY be refunded if there is an error on our part. For example: We call you to reschedule your appointment due to family emergency or inclement weather. Your deposit will be included in the total balance for services rendered. Please do not contact us via SOCIAL MEDIA!
refund policy
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. If you have any concerns regarding services, please feel free to voice upon completion of service and we will do our best to support your request. If you have any concerns regarding your hair after leaving the salon, please bring it up with management immediately and we will address them within 5 business days.
Cancellation policy
Please NOTIFY us when you are running late, with a phone call, or text message ONLY.
If you cannot make your appointment on the assigned date, please let us know within 24hrs. We will be glad to accommodate you at a convenient date that will work for both you and your stylist. Late cancellation will result in a 50% service charge.
No show appointment will result in a full-service charge.

Payment options includes: Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, and Apple Pay. We will accept card payment starting in June 2021

How to come with your hair
Bomb twist / Passion twist
Please come with your hair thoroughly washed and detangled in its natural state. * Please do not blow-dry!
both styles cannot take to hair that has any type of head damage ( straight ends,or relaxed hair). If you still decide that you really want those styles with all of these in mind, please note that the tips of your hair will stick out of your twist.
Crochet is strongly recommended For all that have the following,
1. fine hair
2. frizzy hair
3. relaxed hair
4. heat damage
If you are not sure if you have any of these problems, please feel free to text us a photo of your hair if you need more guidance before booking.
all other styles (knotless , Box Braids, locs, cornrows, etc) Please make a show that your hair is fully blown out with no products.
AlL hair MUST be 4 inches long to be served.
If you have any trouble areas such as thinning, bald spots, or alopecia, please book a consultation before booking your desired service.
