Direct deposit
Booking Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $90 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service balance.
Deposits will only be refunded in the event of an error on our part—for example, if we need to reschedule due to a family emergency or inclement weather.
Important: Please do not contact us via social media for appointment-related inquiries. Use the designated booking channels only.

Please note that all sales are final—no refunds will be issued.
If you have any concerns about your service, we encourage you to speak up immediately upon completion so we can address them on the spot.
Should any issues arise after you’ve left the salon, please contact management directly as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly and professionally within 5 business days.

We understand that life happens and sometimes things are out of your control. In return, we kindly ask for the same understanding.
If you are running late, please notify us by phone call or text message only—communication is key.
If you’re unable to make your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment for a time that works for both you and your stylist.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a 50% service charge.
• No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

How to come with your hair

Hair Preparation Guidelines
Please come to your appointment with your hair thoroughly washed, detangled, and in its natural state. Please do not blow-dry your hair.
Both styles cannot be applied to hair with any form of damage (e.g., straight ends, relaxed hair). If you choose to proceed with these styles despite the condition of your hair, please note that the tips of your hair may stick out of the twists.
Crochet styles are strongly recommended for those with:
1. Fine hair
2. Frizzy hair
3. Relaxed hair
4. Heat damage
If you’re unsure about the condition of your hair, feel free to text us a photo for further guidance before booking.
For knotless braids, box braids, locs, cornrows, and other styles, please ensure your hair is fully blown out with no product.
Minimum Hair Length: All hair must be at least 4 inches long to be served.
If you have any trouble areas such as thinning, bald spots, or alopecia, we recommend booking a consultation before scheduling your service.
